What is due on the 28 July 2009?

• Lodgement and payment of your quarterly BAS – Quarter 4 (1 April – 30 June 2009) – with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
• Superannuation guarantee contributions to be made to the fund by this date. If you do not pay the minimum superannuation contributions for Quarter 4 by this date, you must pay the superannuation guarantee charge and lodge a Superannuation guarantee charge statement – quarterly with the Tax Office by 28 August 2009. The superannuation guarantee charge is not tax deductible.
